Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-11-05 · Omni: AI Assistant by Omni: AI Assistant
Omni: AI Assistant is a place to ask questions in your own words and think things through. This policy explains, in plain terms, what happens to information when you use the app. It is published by Omni: AI Assistant, the developer of the app, and takes effect on 2026-11-05.
The short version
There are no accounts in Omni. You do not sign up, sign in, or give us a name or password. When you ask something, your message is sent to our own servers so a response can be generated. Purchases go through Apple. Subscription status is tracked with a service called Adapty. That is the core of it. The sections below fill in the details.
What you type and where it goes
Your questions, prompts and the responses you receive are processed on our own backend, run by the developer. We do not hand your prompts to an outside AI provider to generate answers. Your text travels from the app to our servers, a response is generated there, and it is sent back to you. We use this content to provide the feature you asked for and to keep the service working properly.
What we collect, and what we leave alone
We collect the content you submit for generation, as described above. We also receive limited technical and purchase-related information needed to run the app and check whether a subscription is active, such as an app-specific identifier and subscription status. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or account credentials, because the app has no accounts. We do not receive your payment card details. We ask that you avoid putting sensitive personal details into your questions, since anything you type is sent to our servers for processing.
Outside services we rely on
Two third-party services are involved. Apple App Store: Apple distributes the app and handles all purchases and subscriptions through In-App Purchase. Apple processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy; we do not see your card information. Adapty: when used, Adapty helps us track subscription status and gather subscription analytics, such as whether a subscription is active, renewed or cancelled. This lets the app unlock the right features for you. Adapty processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy.
How long information is kept
We keep information only for as long as it is needed to provide the app, support subscriptions, meet legal obligations, and keep the service secure and working. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you. Apple and Adapty keep their own records according to their own policies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for access to information we hold that relates to you, and you can ask us to delete it. Because Omni has no accounts, we may need some detail from you, such as the approximate time of use or a purchase reference, to find the right records. Some rights may depend on where you live, and we will respond in line with the law that applies to you. For payment and billing records, you can also contact Apple directly. You can stop all future collection at any time by no longer using the app and deleting it from your device.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this policy and revise the effective date. Continuing to use the app after an update means the updated policy applies.
