Terms of Use
Effective 2026-11-05 · Omni: AI Assistant by Omni: AI Assistant
These Terms of Use set out the ground rules for using Omni: AI Assistant, an app for asking questions, exploring topics, weighing different perspectives and thinking through ideas. The app is provided by Omni: AI Assistant. These terms take effect on 2026-11-05.
Using the app means agreeing
By downloading, opening or using Omni, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Apple's own App Store terms also apply to your download and purchases.
What you may do with Omni
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes, as permitted by the App Store rules. This licence lasts until you stop using the app or it ends under these terms.
Fair and lawful use
Please use Omni in good faith. Do not use it to break the law, harm or harass others, or create content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights. Do not try to reverse engineer, copy, resell or interfere with the app or our servers, overload the service, get around usage limits or paid features, or use automated means to extract responses at scale. We may limit or end access for anyone who misuses the app.
Subscriptions, billing and cancelling
Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. All payments are made through Apple In-App Purchase and are charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, as described by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or App Store settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Who owns what
The app itself, including its design, software, name and branding, belongs to Omni: AI Assistant and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. The questions and text you enter remain yours. As between you and us, you may use the responses the app generates for you, subject to these terms and the law. You give us permission to process your input on our backend as needed to generate responses and run the service.
Responses are a starting point
Omni generates responses automatically. They may be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, and similar questions may get different answers. Treat what you read as something to consider, not as professional advice. For medical, legal, financial or other important decisions, check with a qualified person and use your own judgment.
No warranties
The app is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that its responses will be accurate.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Omni: AI Assistant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the app or reliance on its responses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
When these terms change
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply. If you do not agree with them, you can stop using the app and cancel any subscription through Apple.
Questions and contact
If you have questions about these terms, please contact Omni: AI Assistant using the developer contact details on the app's App Store page. Effective date: 2026-11-05.
